Joey Farah

Joey Farah has an extensive work history, starting in 2013 as a Sales Associate at Air Traffic Kites & Games. In 2016, they worked as an Intern at D.S. Erickson & Associates. Joey then joined the University of St. Thomas in 2017, where they held roles as an Off-Campus Student Services Office Manager and a Talent Management and Training Intern. Joey later worked at LifeSource as a Learning & Development Intern and a Learning Management System Administrator. Since 2019, Joey has been with Elire Inc., where they have held positions such as Associate I Cloud HCM, Associate II Cloud HCM, and currently works as a Consultant I Cloud HCM.

Joey Farah completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they obtained the Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2019 Certified Implementation Specialist certification from Oracle in October 2019, and the Oracle Recruiting Cloud 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist certification from Oracle in August 2021.
