Melanie Maxim

Melanie Maxim has a strong background in HR and payroll, with a focus on project management and consulting. Melanie started their career in 1998 as a Payroll Supervisor at Yum! Brands, where they played a key role in the successful implementation of the Payroll Choices Program. Melanie then moved on to Home Helpers & Direct Link in 2012, serving as HR Director and overseeing various human resource plans and procedures. In 2013, Melanie joined NTT Data Corporation as a Payroll Supervisor/Project Analyst, where they provided support and training during critical business changes. Melanie then returned to Yum! Brands in 2015, first as a Sr Analyst, Project Manager and later as an Associate Manager, HR and Payroll. In their most recent role, Melanie has been working as an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant at Elire Inc. since March 2021. Throughout their career, Melanie has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.

Melanie Maxim earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Spalding University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they obtained certification as an Oracle Payroll Cloud 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle in November 2021.
