Arshad Raja

Arshad Raja has extensive experience in plant operations and management, currently serving as General Manager at ELIS since June 2008, which includes overseeing health and safety, quality, project management, and team development as a Six Sigma Lean practitioner. Prior to this role, Arshad was General Manager at Guardian from March 2018 to May 2019, and held the same title at Berendsen from 2007 to 2016. Arshad's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Production Manager at Sunlight from September 1993 to June 2008, where responsibilities included managing plant production, payroll, health and safety, and stock management. Additional roles included Cleanroom Manager, focusing on training, recruitment, and quality assurance in medical device production, and a progression from Steriliser Operator to Senior Supervisor, managing sterilization processes. Arshad holds two Master of Arts degrees in Political Science from Forman Christian College.
