Grant Wilkinson

Grant Wilkinson has a diverse background in operations and production management, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Production Manager at ELIS since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Line Manager at PCC Aerostructures from July 2018 to August 2022 and Team Leader at PCC Structurals, Inc. from May 2016 to July 2018, where Grant also worked as an Assembly Fitter. Early experience features a position as Mechanical Fitter with JMC Recruitment Solutions Ltd in early 2016 and six years as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in the Royal Navy from April 2010 to May 2016. Grant's foundational experience includes instructing sailing and assisting in swimming at Nottinghamshire County Council and Broxtowe Borough Council from 2008 to 2010. Education includes an NVQ Level 2 in Aeronautical Engineering from HMS Sultan Defence School and attendance at George Spencer Foundation School and Technology College from 2002 to 2007.
