Mathilde Jumeau

Mathilde JUMEAU is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Assistante RH at ELIS since October 2021. Prior to this role, Mathilde worked at Safran as Apprentie RRH in the Finance and Communication departments from September 2020 to October 2021, and at Groupe Renault as Apprentie RH Généraliste from October 2019 to September 2020, where responsibilities included absenteeism reporting and managing temporary employees. Mathilde also gained valuable experience at Safran as an Apprentie Gestion des Ressources Humaines, focusing on apprentice management and contract establishment from June 2018 to September 2019, and completed an internship as Chargée de recrutement at Adecco, handling recruitment and administrative tasks in April to June 2018. Mathilde holds a Master’s degree in Management and Development of Human Resources from Université Paris-Saclay and has completed professional degrees in Operational Business Management and Business Administration from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
