Rens Lukkassen

Rens Lukkassen is currently a Management Trainee at ELIS, engaged in a two-year program that involves four projects across various business divisions and countries, allowing exploration of managerial competencies and ambitions. Previously, Rens co-owned Audio Verhuur Gelderland and held roles including Purchasing Assistant at Kaemingk, where daily interaction with Asian suppliers supported the purchasing process, and Business Support at NEDCON, assisting the sales team for Key Accounts in the Netherlands and Germany. Rens completed an internship at SUEZ Nederland, providing advice on partnerships with employment agencies, and conducted research on process optimization during an internship at Paperfoam. An academic background includes an MSc in Strategic Management from Tilburg University and studies at HAN University of Applied Sciences and the University of Pécs. Rens also gained early experience as a Production Worker at Gebroeders van Beek B.V. and has a solid educational foundation from Ludger College and Basisschool Het Timpaan.
