Roberta Manca Charlett is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at ELIS since March 2019, Roberta previously held the position of Marketing Manager at Guardian Surgical from March 2014 to March 2019, contributing to the company’s reputation as a leading supplier of surgical textiles. Prior to that, Roberta worked in marketing and communications at Biffa and served as a Marketing Manager at Dennis Eagle Ltd, where a comprehensive branding exercise was conducted. Roberta holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 2001, focusing on areas such as Market Research and Organisational Behaviour.
