Carla Amato

Carla Amato is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as a People Manager and Engagement Manager at Capgemini since December 2021. Additionally, Carla holds the position of Role Model del Sistema Scuola Impresa at ELIS since February 2023. Prior to these roles, Carla spent over 13 years at NTT DATA Italia, advancing from Junior Consultant to Manager, and notably leading the Portali Business project for Telecom Italia. Earlier in the career, Carla worked as an Analyst/Programmer at Etnoteam.
