Karl Elias

Karl Elias has a varied work experience, starting with their current position as the Head of Analytics and Network Development at Elisa Eesti AS since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Elisa from 2015 to 2021, where they held roles such as Network Project Manager and NMC Specialist. In these roles, they led organization-wide and international development projects in mobile and fix core networks and managed the development projects portfolio and process of core networks. Before joining Elisa, Karl worked as a Reporter and Editor at the Estonian Defence Forces from 2014 to 2015.

Karl Elias obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology in 2014. Karl continued their education and completed their Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the same institution in 2018. In 2020, Karl Elias obtained the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from PeopleCert.
