Mihkel Kägo started their work experience in 2016 at RMIT as a Tugiteenused. Mihkel then joined Max 123 Võrguvara in 2018 as an Account Manager until June 2020. In 2020, they moved to Santa Monica Networks and worked as a Cyber Security Engineer until October 2022. Currently, they are working at Elisa Eesti AS as an Information Technology Solutions Architect starting from October 2022.
Mihkel Kägo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Sotsiaal-Humanitaarinstituut, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in May 2022.
