Ilari Karinen

Ilari Karinen is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives in Cyber Security Services at Elisa since April 2019. Previously, Ilari held the position of Director of Cyber Security Services and served as the Head of the Network & Security Team at Elisa Santa Monica Oy from September 2016 to April 2019. Prior experience includes working as an Information Security Specialist at the National Cyber Security Centre Finland (NCSC-FI) from May 2013 to September 2016 and as an Officer in the Finnish Defence Forces from April 2008 to May 2013. Ilari holds a Master of Military Science degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the National Defence University Finland, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
