Ilmo Noro

Ilmo Noro has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked for various notable companies, including Ericsson, Oy LM Ericsson Ab, Huawei, and Elisa. They served as a Program Manager at Elisa until 2025, focusing on mobile network development and vendor management, and are currently the Procurement Manager at Elisa. Prior roles include Project Manager at Oy LM Ericsson Ab and Radio Network Manager at Suomen Yhteisverkko Oy, where they oversaw the implementation of a Multi Operator Core Network. Ilmo also contributed to the Finnish Defence Forces as a lieutenant during a UN peacekeeping mission in Kosovo.
