Kati Jaatinen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kati began their career in 1999 as a Production Technician at Genencor, A Danisco Division. Kati then worked at Oy Visko Ab, first as a Production Coordinator from 2000 to 2002, and later as an HRD Manager from 2002 to 2003. Kati then joined Oy Hartwall Ab as an HR Business Partner and Coordinator from 2003 to 2007, and later as an HR Manager for Hartwall Operations & Supply Chain organization from 2008 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an HR Manager for the Nordic region at Huhtamaki Foodservice. In 2017, they joined Elisa as an HR Manager for the Consumer Operations unit and became a Vice President, Compensation and Benefits in 2022. Additionally, they also hold a board position at Elisa Oyj Personnel Fund.

Kati Jaatinen has a diverse education history. Kati holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial management and engineering from LUT University. Additionally, they pursued HRD specialization studies at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
