Max Falenius

Max Falenius is an accomplished IT sales leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of IT Solution Sales at Elisa since September 2025, Max leads initiatives in AI-enhanced IT services amidst Elisa’s growth as Finland’s fourth largest IT service provider. Prior experience includes positions at Etteplan, where Max held senior roles including Senior Business Director and Global Sales & Service Solutions Director, contributing to significant business restructuring and the acquisition of a stake in a major Bangladeshi IT firm. Additionally, Max has held various sales and leadership positions at Innofactor, Affecto, Digia, and Proselectum Oy Ab, building a strong foundation in sales management, service development, and innovative product offerings. Max's educational background includes a Master of Science in Economics from Hanken School of Economics.
