Mikko Toivonen

Mikko Toivonen is an experienced professional in cyber security and IT management, currently serving as Service Director for Cyber Security Services at Elisa since October 2017. Prior to this role, Mikko held various positions at PwC Finland from January 2015 to October 2017, including Head of Security for Corporate Customers and Manager of Forensic Technology Solutions. Earlier experience includes a senior role at Microsoft focusing on data security during the transition from Nokia Mobile, and a lead developer position at Nokia, where responsibilities encompassed data security and rights management. Additional roles at Proselectum, Protie Oy, and RVM Oy added depth in IT security, network design, and systems administration. Mikko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2001 and 2008.
