Minna Vatilo has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the telecommunications and marketing industries. Minna began their career as an Export Sales Assistant at Vallourec Industries in 1995. In 1997, they worked as a Marketing Trainee at Tamrock Secoma SA. From 1998 to 2000, they were responsible for marketing and sales at EET Finland Oy.

In 2000, Minna joined Elisa, where they held several roles. Minna started as a Marketing Planner for SME customer marketing and was involved in product marketing and website development projects. From 2004 to 2008, they served as a CRM Manager, planning and executing customer loyalty and value-added activities. As a Development Manager in Customer Value Management from 2008 to 2009, they focused on CRM activities, loyalty programs, and customer communication. Minna then transitioned to the role of a Development Manager for New Services and Markets, specifically working on the launch of one of Finland's first e-book services, Elisa Kirja.

From 2010 to 2013, Minna was a Business Manager for Elisa Kirja, responsible for launching and marketing the e-book service in Finland. Following that, they joined Sulake Corporation in 2013 as a Business Manager, where they developed a new internet service for a teen audience.

In 2015, Minna returned to Elisa as a Business Manager in the Corporate Customers Unit, focusing on mobile subscriptions and indoor coverage for large corporations. Minna then became a Senior Development Manager in the same unit, leading development projects related to mobile services, with a particular focus on new technologies and capabilities.

Currently, Minna holds the role of Business Lead at Elisa, where they lead a team responsible for the corporate mobile and broadband subscription business, ensuring business targets are met and delivering an excellent customer experience. Minna also focuses on the continuous development of these services, leveraging technologies like 5G.

From 1992 to 2000, Minna Vatilo pursued their education at the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku. During this time, they earned a Master's degree in International Marketing, Business Administration, and Economics.
