Olli Räisänen

Olli Räisänen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Olli currently works at Elisa as the Business Lead, Project Deliveries, leading a team of 25 project managers and delivering critical projects for major companies in Finland. Prior to that, Olli served as the Managing Director of the Funds business unit at Futunio, where they achieved exceptional business growth and profitability. Olli also held the position of Chief Business Officer at Futunio, overseeing different business units and managing P&L responsibilities. Olli has experience in leading complex projects and programs, as well as managing product development and competency departments. Earlier in their career, they worked at Deloitte as a Management Consultant and at Microsoft Oy as a CRM Group Lead. Olli began their career at Statistics Finland as a Project Manager and later worked as a Sales Representative at Rakennusalan Projektitiedosto Oy.
