Reetta Maila is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in service design and consulting. Currently serving as Design Lead at Elisa since May 2018, Reetta drives business, process, and service development focused on customer and employee needs while facilitating decision-making processes and improving workflows through AI. Prior roles include Senior Service Designer at Elisa, Service Development Manager at Lassila & Tikanoja, and Consultant at Mindustry Oy, where Reetta engaged in user-centered service design and experimentation.
