Taavi Mattila

Taavi Mattila has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Taavi currently works at Elisa as a Business Lead, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Development Manager at Elisa from March 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining Elisa, Taavi worked at DNA Oyj as a Team Manager for Access Networks from February 2019 to March 2020. Taavi also held the role of Access Network Designer at DNA Oyj from December 2016 to February 2019.

Taavi has also worked at Tieto as a Technical Specialist for Networks from April 2016 to November 2016.

In their early career, Taavi held positions at Ukkoverkot Oy as a Network Engineer from May 2014 to April 2016, where they were involved in CDMA2000 to LTE network roll-out projects and conducted a Master's Thesis on LTE network optimization. Taavi also worked at Datame Oy as a Project Coordinator from July 2012 to December 2013, where they provided technical support for corporate ICT solutions and CDMA2000 network monitoring, operation, and maintenance.

Taavi's work experience begins with their role at Sonera as a Salesman from May 2008 to June 2011. This diverse background showcases Taavi's expertise in a range of roles within the telecommunications industry, including business leadership, development management, network design, technical specialization, project coordination, and sales.

Taavi Mattila received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Telecommunications from Aalto University from 2008 to 2013. Taavi then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Telecommunications from Aalto University from 2014 to 2016.
