Tarmo Ristonen

Tarmo Ristonen is an experienced professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Production and Support Analytics at Elisa since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on analytics. Previously held positions include Senior Data Scientist at Elisa, Data Scientist at Caruna, and Data Scientist at Telia Finland, where Tarmo contributed to customer experience analytics and large-scale modeling projects. Tarmo's early career involved roles in web editing and marketing positions at various companies, including TBWA\Helsinki and Trainers' House. Tarmo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Finnish language and Sociology from the University of Helsinki, as well as specialization in user-centered design from Usability School.
