Taru Salmi

Taru Salmi has extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity and service operations, currently serving as a Senior Problem Manager and Production unit representative in the Data Protection Group at Elisa since May 2000. Taru's roles have included management of the Cyber Security & Service Operations Center, oversight of change management processes, and significant contributions to both operational model development and quality improvement in network operations. With a background in network planning and engineering, Taru has also engaged in academic pursuits, holding multiple degrees and currently enrolled in programs at Xamk and Häme University of Applied Sciences, focusing on data-driven service development and crisis management.
