Topi-Antti Toivonen

Topi-Antti Toivonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing development and automation at Elisa since May 2015. Initially joining as a Trainee, Topi-Antti progressed to a permanent role as a Content Designer, focusing on content creation within a cross-functional marketing automation team. Subsequently, roles evolved from Recommendation Automation Specialist to Development Manager, where strategic planning and analytics capabilities in marketing automation were emphasized. As a Development Lead, Topi-Antti took on increased responsibilities, collaborating with stakeholders and leading the consumer customer marketing automation team. Prior experience includes a summer internship as a Project Assistant at Tieto. Topi-Antti holds a degree from the University of Jyväskylä, completed in 2017.
