Els Sergeant

Els Sergeant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and digital transformation, currently serving as Managing Partner and Senior Management Consultant at Elision since January 2019. With a strong background in eCommerce project management and digital roadmaps, Els has provided valuable consultancy services to clients such as Mediafin, Vacature, and Colruyt Group while holding the role of Management Consultant at De Cronos Groep since January 2014. Previous positions include IT Partner EMEA at BD, IT Manager at Mediafin, IT Business Unit Manager at Christelijke Mutualiteit, and Digital Project Manager at MEDIALAAN. Els holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from HOGENT and completed further education at Vlerick Business School and EHSAL Management School.
