Jean-Charles Kine

Jean-Charles Kine has extensive experience in the field of drone operations and instruction, currently serving as a Télépilote de Drones and Instructeur at Elistair since March 2019. With a strong foundation in drone piloting since July 2015, Jean-Charles holds DGAC Agrément qualifications S1, S2, and S3, focusing on observation. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Marine Nationale from May 2001 to March 2019, where roles included Expérimentations Drones, Instruction, Chargé de formation, and Contrôleur d'exécution Aéronautique, complemented by a position as an internal Quality Auditor and Human Factors Trainer. Jean-Charles is an expert in the E-2C Hawkeye weapons system and has earned multiple UAV-UAS certifications in both fixed wing and multirotor from the Centre Excellence Drone - Armée de l’air.
