Loic Tronchon

Loic Tronchon is an experienced professional in production management and engineering, currently serving as Directeur de production at Elistair since March 2021. Prior to this role, Loic worked at Thales for over a decade, where responsibilities included overseeing line production for defense products, managing production scheduling and methods, and leading bid and project management for avionics clients. Loic's earlier experience includes significant roles at Valeo, where the focus was on automation and the establishment of production lines in Iran, as well as process optimization in automotive production. Loic began the career as an engineering intern at Faurecia. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme d'ingénieur in productique from Ecole d'ingénieurs de Tours and a DUT in mechanical engineering from IUT Génie Mécanique et Productique du Mans.
