Fabiano Fossato is an experienced electronic engineer with a strong background in research and development. Currently working at ELITE since May 2021, Fabiano previously held the position of Firmware Engineer at DAINESE S.p.A. from February 2019 to May 2021, focusing on airbag technology for dynamic sports. Prior to that, Fabiano contributed to product development as a Product Engineer at Campagnolo from November 2014 to February 2019, engaging in both hardware and firmware development. Early career experience includes serving as Electronic Manager for Race UP Team during a university project to develop a single-seater racing car. Fabiano holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, with additional education at Leibniz Universität Hannover.
