Currently serving as a Systems Specialist at Elite Alliance since April 2019, Saige develops and executes automated marketing campaigns using HubSpot while educating internal teams on its functionalities. Prior experience includes roles as an Exchange Coordinator and Sales Manager at Rochester Riverside Hotel, where Saige managed guest room sales and event documentation. At Walt Disney World, Saige coordinated events for organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, and ensured seamless on-site operations. An early career as a Front Desk Agent and Convention Intern at Choice Hotels International and other hospitality venues further solidified Saige’s customer service skills, while a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Grand Valley State University provided a strong academic foundation for a successful career in this field.
