Robin Beckerman is an experienced fitness and self-defense instructor, with a background in law enforcement training. Currently working as an adjunct faculty instructor at Molloy University, Robin also serves as a cycling guide at Reilly Cycling Tours. With a history of teaching yoga, meditation, and fitness classes, Robin also owns New Age Fitness where personalized training and therapeutic services are offered. With a background in law enforcement and physical training, Robin has also worked as a police officer at Nassau County Police Department. Educated in fitness, personal training, and counter-terrorist active shooter response, Robin's expertise spans across various fields of health and wellness.
