Since founding Elite Care in August 1999, Lydia has played a pivotal role in the company's success. Prior to that, Lydia held regional sales positions at Kranko, a manufacturer of cranes for steel mills and log yards, and at Hoist and Crane, where expertise was focused on crane and crane rail repairs in challenging environments. Lydia's career began at RayGo Wagner in product management, dealing with container carriers, log stackers, and steel handlers.
