Jennifer Hiken has extensive experience in management, administrative support, and culinary instruction across a variety of sectors, including food service, healthcare, and hospitality. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager at Elite Cuisine, LLC since February 2019, Jennifer supervises catering and special events while conducting on-site Serve Safe training for staff.
