Jennifer Hiken has extensive experience in management, administrative support, and culinary instruction across a variety of sectors, including food service, healthcare, and hospitality. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager at Elite Cuisine, LLC since February 2019, Jennifer supervises catering and special events while conducting on-site Serve Safe training for staff. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant in the Food and Nutrition Department at St. Luke's Hospital, Purser and Lead Bartender during employment with Lindblad Expeditions, Office Manager at Squires Services, Culinary Instructor at L'Ecole Culinaire, District Sales Representative at Performance Food Group, and General Manager at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc.
