Mary Kay Hardcastle

Mary Kay Hardcastle has extensive experience in executive support and office management, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President, COO, CFO, CDO, and General Counsel at Elite Dental Partners since March 2021. Prior roles include Office Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant at The Hackett Group, where responsibilities spanned office administration and support for multiple practice groups. Hardcastle also worked as a Sales Research Consultant with VeoRide and held positions as Corporate Accounts Manager with Northstar Lottery Group, LLC, and the State of Illinois Lottery, achieving significant sales growth in both roles.
