James Frale

James Frale has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and management consulting. James currently serves as the Senior Vice President Finance at Elite Dental Partners. In this role, they provide financial, management, and CFO advisory consulting to the company. James also assists with business turnaround and restructuring efforts and collaborates with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Prior to their current position, Frale worked as a Senior Director at E78 Partners from 2019 to 2021. There, they served as a Portfolio Company CFO and provided CFO advisory, management consulting, and financial administration outsourcing services to a dental service organization. James played a key role in establishing accounting processes, centralizing treasury, and developing financial reporting packages.

From 2016 to 2019, Frale worked at Sparton as a Treasury and Risk Management Senior Manager. James managed banking relationships, cash forecasting, and daily cash reconciliation, among other responsibilities.

Before that, they held the position of Senior Management Consultant at Salo LLC from 2014 to 2016. Frale worked on various management consulting engagements, delivering process design and improvement solutions in an SAP ERP environment.

Earlier in their career, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Hull Investments LLC from 2011 to 2012 and as the Chief Financial Officer - SVP at Next End, LLC from 2008 to 2011. At Getco LLC, they worked as the Senior Director of Finance from 2006 to 2008, where they led capital raise and equity sales processes.

Frale's career began at Aon in 2002, where they held multiple roles. James served as the Global VP of Finance for the Global Consulting organization, leading a team responsible for financial planning, accounting, compliance, and strategic planning support. James also served as the Global Client Finance Leader, managing a large team and providing financial support to outsourcing and consulting client teams. Additionally, they worked as the Shared Service Practice Financial Leader during their time at Aon.

James Frale attended Northern Illinois University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. James later pursued a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Business Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Global Management Accountant and as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Illinois.
