Stephen J. Finnie-Locke

Stephen J. Finnie - Locke is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Elite Energy Consultants since May 2022 and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Carbon Optics, a venture focused on emissions management solutions. Previously, Stephen held the position of Managing Director at Elite Energy Consultants from 2016 to 2022 and was Practice Lead for Professional Services at Elite International from 2007 to 2016, delivering engineering and consultancy services to the oil and gas industry. Additional experience includes roles as Programme Manager at BG Group, where responsibilities encompassed global IT initiatives, and various managerial positions at firms including Conchango, Chevron, and Abbey National. Stephen is currently pursuing a degree in Petroleum Data Management at Robert Gordon University and holds a BSc from BRNC.
