Rajneesh Pal has a long and diverse work experience in the sales and account management fields. Rajneesh currently holds the position of Head of Sales at Elite Co. In the past, they worked at UPS Supply Chain Solutions as the Director of Enterprise Accounts, specializing in the hitech, industrial, and retail sectors. Prior to that, they were a Strategic Customer Manager at DHL Express, where they focused on building and managing global relationships with large multinational companies in the engineering, manufacturing, and defense industries. Rajneesh also served as the District Sales Manager at Inchcape Shipping Services and the Business Development Manager at Emery Worldwide Express. Rajneesh began their career as a Sales Executive at Skypak Service Specialists. Throughout their career, Rajneesh has received numerous awards and recognition for their outstanding contributions to the industry.

Rajneesh Pal pursued their Bachelor's in Commerce degree from Loyola High School. Rajneesh then enrolled at Bangalore University, where they completed their B.COM degree in Economics, Commerce, and Accountancy.
