Melissa Barton

Melissa Barton currently serves as the National Director of Training at Elite Food Safety Training, managing instructor communication and conducting onboarding training since March 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Chick-fil-A Restaurants where training for new team members was a key responsibility, as well as mental health support roles at UnityPoint Health and Northern Illinois Academy. Melissa's early career included positions in customer service and administrative support, alongside experience as a Teacher's Assistant and an intern at Family Counseling Service of Aurora. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Bethel College, obtained in 2016.
