Phillip Tallon

Phillip Tallon currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Waiver Services at Elite Home Health Care since March 2022. Prior to this position, Phillip held the role of Executive Director of Waiver Services at both Interim HealthCare Inc. and Community Care from December 2014 until March 2022. Phillip also worked as the Regional Resource and Development Specialist at Suffolk Independent Living Organization from April 2008 to December 2014, where responsibilities included oversight of the Traumatic Brain Injury Medicaid Waiver Program and the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Medicaid Waiver Program. Phillip is an alumnus of Suffolk County Community College.
