Dan Frazer

Dan Frazer, BSN, currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Elite Home Health Services since May 2014, overseeing operations across 15 counties with offices in several Florida cities. Prior to this, Dan held the position of Chairman/Administrator at the same company from November 2011 to March 2014, where responsibilities included the management of a startup home health agency and the development of strategic plans for patient care. Dan's nursing experience began in 2000 at Broward General Medical Center as a Cardiac Care Unit Nurse, followed by roles including Perdiem Float Nurse at Med Staff Inc. and Registered Nurse at HIGHLITE HOME CARE, INC., providing specialized home health nursing. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and an ICU certification from Broward General Medical Center.
