Hrvoje Loncarevic MIH is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile hospitality roles. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at The Grand Hotel under Elite Hotels UK since May 2019, Hrvoje has previously held the position of Head Chef at Sodexo Sports and Leisure from September 2015 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, Hrvoje excelled as Executive Head Chef at The Bannatyne Group from October 2011 to August 2015 and served as Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef at Elite Hotels UK from August 2004 to October 2011. Hrvoje is a graduate of ECAT College, holding a chef's diploma earned between 1997 and 2000, and attended Bishop Bell School C of E from 1994 to 1997.
