Al Smith is an experienced operations executive with a diverse background in project management and operations oversight across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Operations Executive for the Southeastern Region at Elite Industrial & Refractory since December 2024, Al previously held senior roles at CCC Group, Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager and RAS Project Management, LLC as Owner/Director of Operations. Al's expertise includes effective project planning, tracking, and safety compliance, demonstrated during roles at MW Industrial Services, Inc. and Austin Industrial, Inc. Al has also contributed to the field as a Gulf Coast Regional Manager at Industrial Piping, Inc. and as Divisional Manager at CMW. With a foundation in service from the USMC and education from Frostproof Jr Sr High, Al Smith brings a comprehensive skill set to operational leadership and project execution.
