Michael Zatulov

Michael Zatulov has over 13 years of professional experience in the areas of finance, taxation, accounting, and business development. Michael began their career in 2007 as a Tax Senior at Grant Thornton LLP, where they specialized in finance taxation and accounting. In 2011, they joined Rose, Snyder & Jacobs LLP as a Business Advisor and Business Management Lead, where they developed and implemented a plan to open a new business segment within the firm. In 2014, they moved to Regent Companies, LLC as Vice President of Finance & Strategy, where they were involved in the operating, strategy, and finance functions of various portfolio companies. In 2016, they founded Aventur Capital, LLC and served as Head of Finance & Strategy and PE and VC investor. Michael also represented several startups in the logistics and consumer product space on operational and capital raising initiatives. Most recently, they have been Chief Operating Officer at Elite ISI since 2018.

Michael Zatulov received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialty in Taxation from the University of Southern California in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics with Minors in Management and Global Science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2006.
