The Mind Behind Elite

Behind Elite Mind Studio is a clear mission: to help high achievers think better, lead with intention, and create success that feels as good as it looks.

At the center is Dorota Kosiorek—a strategist, certified brain-based coach, and thought partner for those ready to operate on a higher level.
Dorota brings over 15 years of experience coaching high achievers and leading top-performing teams. As a former strategy consultant at BCG and PwC, and a go-to-market leader in tech, she blends deep strategic insight with operational excellence. Her rare perspective on high-performance environments allows her to guide ambitious professionals through identity-level growth with clarity, calm authority, and lasting impact.

Through the proprietary Elite Mind Framework (Explore → Embody), Elite Mind Studio helps founders, CEOs, and high performers rewire their thinking, elevate their leadership, and unlock elite, sustainable success—without burnout, noise, or compromise.

Dorota’s coaching integrates subconscious reprogramming, behavioral strategy, and cognitive science. She holds a professional certification from BrainWise: Mastery Through Neuroscience. Her method has been trusted by top 0.1% performers seeking to break free from reactive habits and lead with deliberate, grounded power.

Elite Mind Studio also partners with Atomli, a neuropsychology-driven performance platform, to deliver research-based growth tools for leaders and teams.

This is not traditional mindset coaching.
This is mental refinement for the top 0.1%—the high achievers ready to evolve the way they think, decide, and lead.
