Matt Ridgway MEd, LAT, ATC is a seasoned professional in athletic training and technology, currently serving as a Technology Specialist at Elite Orthopedics, LLC since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as the University of Missouri- Baseball Athletic Trainer from January 2020 to January 2022, and Athletic Training Intern at the University of Missouri-Columbia from August 2014 to May 2019. Matt has also held various positions with Gatorade bolt, demonstrating leadership as a Team Leader and Camp Leader, and provided patient care support services at Boone Hospital Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Positive Coaching and Athletic Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Health Science in Athletic Training/Trainer from the same institution. Matt was a dedicated student-athlete at Mexico High School, excelling in multiple sports.
