Currently serving as a Condominium Concierge at Elite Residential Concierge Inc. since October 2022, Derek thrives on assisting a diverse clientele. Previously, Derek worked as a Real Property Portfolio Analyst for the Region of Peel and held the position of Security Guard at Paragon Security. With a robust background at MPAC spanning from property appraiser to land parcelization coordinator, Derek has developed expertise in real estate matters across Ontario. Derek graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Guelph in 1987.
