Zinabu Kassa

Zinabu Kassa is an experienced professional who currently works as a Team Lead Manager at Elite Residential Concierge Inc. Previously, Zinabu held the position of Customer Experience Officer at Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) and Senior Accreditation Expert at the Ministry of Education in Ethiopia. Zinabu also has experience as a Lecturer at Gambella University. Zinabu holds a Master's degree in Law and Governance from Addis Ababa University and a degree in Social Science from Jimma University. Recently, Zinabu completed a Google Project Management degree at NPower Canada.
