Sean Dotson

Sean Dotson, PE, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Elite Robotics, which specializes in custom robotic and industrial automation systems. Dotson has extensive experience in the automation industry, including roles as Founder and Principal of Automation AMA, a company providing advisory services for automation efforts, and as a strategic advisor for multiple companies such as Nanofulfillment, Inc. and Oxipital AI. Previously, Dotson held the positions of President & Chief Technology Officer at RND Automation, where significant operational leadership was demonstrated, and Chief Technology Officer at CAS Holdings. Dotson co-founded Automatika, focusing on low-code industrial machine programming software, and led MDC Packaging Machinery as President & CEO before its acquisition by RND. Dotson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida.
