At Elite Sourcing, we believe recruitment is about people, not processes.

Founded by experienced recruiter Jodie O'Sullivan after more than 17 years in the industry, Elite Sourcing was built on the belief that recruitment should be personal, consultative and relationship-led. We work closely with both clients and candidates to understand their goals, challenges and ambitions, building long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency and results.

Specialising in Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management and Operational & Business Support recruitment, we connect exceptional talent with businesses across the UK, supporting permanent and contract appointments from junior professionals through to senior leadership.

By intentionally partnering with a select portfolio of clients, we're able to offer a responsive, tailored service where quality always comes before quantity. Whether you're growing your team or considering your next career move, you can expect honest advice, clear communication and a recruitment partner that's invested in delivering the right long-term outcome.

Personal. Professional. Proven.
