Chad Breedlove, LAT, is an experienced sports medicine professional currently serving as the Sports Medicine Manager at Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics since October 2021. Prior to this role, Chad was the Managing Partner at AT ON CALL, LLC from July 2018 to December 2023, providing athletic training staffing services in the Greater Nashville area.
