Elite Sports Physical Therapy
Zach Fendrick, PT, DPT, ATC, MS, currently serves as the Director of Physical Therapy Services at Monmouth University since August 2022, coordinating physical therapy for student athletes and providing on-campus services. Fendrick has also been a Physical Therapist at Elite Sports Physical Therapy since February 2019, treating local college athletes and ensuring continuity of care with their athletic trainers. Previous experiences include internships and roles at the University of Delaware and Elite Sports Physical Therapy, alongside early experiences with Penn State Sports Camps and URJ Camp Harlam. Fendrick holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware, a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Penn State University, and a Master of Science in Anatomy and Clinical Health Science from the University of Delaware.
