K.a. K.

K.A. K. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and positions. They started their career in 1995 with various roles in accounts and finance in companies such as Royal Group (Nahyan Family) Abu Dhabi and NBP Pakistan. Throughout their career, they have worked in industries including construction, media production, banking, trading, manufacturing, reverse-osmosis plants, transportation, technology, and fisheries.

In 2007, K.A. K. joined Al Ghurair Energy as the Head of Finance and a member of the Leadership team. They were responsible for the overall Energy Sector, including petroleum products and commodities trading in UAE and international markets. After more than a decade with Al Ghurair Family, they left in March 2021.

From April 2021, K.A. K. served as the Chief Financial Officer (Oil & Gas Energy) at a confidential company. In March 2023, they founded their own company, Elite Star Management Consultancies (ESMC), where they assumed the role of Founder & CEO. In April 2023, they also became the Chief Executive Officer of LEGIS VISTA.

Prior to their current roles, K.A. K. held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary at TransAsia Refinery Limited (AGI) from January 2013 to September 2021.

K.A. K. obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance & Banking from the University Institute of Management Sciences. They also earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and Finance from PU. K.A. K. has additional certifications including AFA (UK) from The Institute of Financial Accountants, CFC USA from the Institute of Financial Consultants ®, CPA from CPA Australia, CPIA from the Institute of Financial Consultants ®, and MIPA Australia from the Institute of Public Accountants.
