Joshua Knoefler

Joshua Knoefler, EMBA, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Joshua currently serves as the President of Construction at Elite Team Offices. Previously, they held the position of Director of Business Development - Western U.S. Utilities at TRC Companies, Inc., where they were responsible for client management and relationships for utilities across the western U.S. region. Joshua also provided sustainability leadership across various service channels. Prior to that, they worked at Burns & McDonnell as a Key Account Manager and Business Development Manager, managing client services, relationships, and business development for a major Investor Owned Utility. Joshua also served as a Project/Contract Manager during their time at Burns & McDonnell. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Sargent & Lundy as a Senior Management Consultant, at Knoefler Enterprises, Inc. as the Founder & CEO, at Parsons Corporation as a Project Control Manager, and at Bolivian Power Company as a Consultant.

Joshua Knoefler, EMBA, P.E. has a diverse education history. Joshua obtained their Executive MBA from USC Marshall School of Business from 2020 to 2023, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Joshua also pursued a Certificate Program in Real Estate Development from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy from 2021 to 2023. In 2022, they studied International Business at Waseda University. Earlier in their educational journey, Joshua earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, completing their degree from 1992 to 1997. Joshua also attained a Deuxieme Degree in French Language from Alliance Francaise in 1995 and a Certificate in International Business from College Internationale de Cannes in 1994.

Additionally, Joshua holds several certifications. Joshua received an edX Verified Certificate for Japanese Business Management from edX in 2022. Joshua is a licensed Real Estate Broker through the California Bureau of Real Estate since 2005. Furthermore, they are a certified General Engineering & Building Contractor, obtained in May 2004. Joshua Knoefler is also recognized as a Professional Engineer in the state of California, earning this title in 2004.
